Every Friday morning at 7:00 AM, men from 'The Ridge' gather for breakfast at the Jiffy Grill on Bath Road (97 Bath Road). All guys are welcome! If you don't know if you are a 'man from The Ridge', consider yourself invited and the boys will fill you in when you get there! If you have any questions, call Marten Bos (613.531.3400).

  • April 3-6 - Impact World Tour Kingston
    About 100 people from different corners of the globe will come to Kingston on March 17 to participate in Impact World Tour Kingston.

    Large venue events will be held from April 3-6 at Kingston's newly-minted Kingston Regional Sports and Entertainment Centre.
